Former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and pop singer Katy Perry were pictured kissing and cuddling aboard Perry’s 24-metre yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California.
The pair seemed oblivious to tourists on a passing whale-watching boat, who took photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
A witness reportedly said: “She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realise who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm and I immediately realised it was Justin Trudeau.”
Relationship rumours about the pair made international headlines last July after they were spotted dining at an upscale restaurant in Montreal. Neither Trudeau nor Perry has publicly commented on their relationship status.
Trudeau and Sophie Grégoire separated in the summer of 2023, after an 18-year relationship and three children. He resigned as leader of the Liberal party and prime minister last March. Perry recently split from her longtime fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom, after seven years.
