Julia Louis-Dreyfus brought her sister’s three month old puppy so Jimmy could have some pet therapy. She talks about her father being on Nixon’s enemies list (he was proud of it and had the list framed and hung it in a place of honor in her childhood home). Jimmy asks what her father did to get on the enemies list and Julia replies, “Well, he was a big fan of democracy.”
Julia’s mom lives in a retirement community but Julia includes her in her podcast Wiser Than Me (where she interviews women over 70). Her mom recently told her that she had arranged a speaking arrangement for Julia at her retirement community.
Julia discusses the Elaine dance and says that the Seinfeld script just said, “Elaine dances badly,” so she tried a bunch of dance moves in front of a mirror to see what looked the worst.
She met the Rizzler on the set of Thunderbolts but had no idea who he was. She and Jimmy both say they don’t know why this kid is the Rizzler and have to have an audience member explain it to them. Avengers: Doomsday just finished filming but she said she cannot confirm or deny if she appears in it.
