According to reports from economic times and NDTV, astronomer ex CEO, Andy Byron, is looking to sue the British band for an undisclosed amount over emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
This after the viral scandal involving him and a member of his company, being caught canoodling by the kiss cam at a concert and their failed attempts at hiding, while both being married.
