FKA Twigs has agreed to drop her sexual assault and battery lawsuit against her former boyfriend Shia LaBeouf after reaching a private settlement with the actor outside of court.
Four and a half years after suing LaBeouf. Twigs’ attorney filed to dismiss the complaint with prejudice, barring her from refiling the case.
The legal battle is over in a joint statement provided by their lawyers.
“Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court,” they said. “While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future.”
